100digital was built to work digitally from the start. Our colleagues and specialists sit in different places, and they all work from the same information and the same processes.

Your records are always up to date, questions and agreements are kept, and the people working on your company all have the same current information in front of them. So we know what is going on, what was discussed before, and what still has to happen.

Working from different places
Our team works digitally too.
Our colleagues work from the Netherlands and from Spain, and part of the team works together from our office in Groningen.
For you as a client that location makes little difference. We start every working day together, we work in the same systems and we share information within the team. A question about your bookkeeping can lead to a conversation with a tax or payroll specialist just as easily as it would if we all sat at the same desk.

Answer the questions and the price arrives, with everything that is included spelled out. If your situation is genuinely complex we say so instead of guessing.
No surprise invoices
Advice hours are in your package. Anything beyond them is quoted before we start, and you can cancel at the end of any month, with one month of notice.

What we do not do.
Being clear about this early saves everyone a disappointing conversation later, and it is why our partners trust us with their clients.

We are not an immigration firm
Your permit, your DAFT application and everything around your residence go through an immigration adviser. We work alongside Cardon on that side.

We do not file taxes in other countries
Your filings at home stay with your adviser there, wherever home is. We take care of everything Dutch and give them the figures they need.

We do not provide a business address
Combining a registered address with running your bookkeeping is a regulated activity in the Netherlands, and we stay well clear of it.
Straight answer
What changed since our early years
We grew quickly in the first DAFT wave and, for a while, we grew faster than our service did. Some clients waited too long for an answer. If you heard that about us, you did not hear something untrue.
Every client now has a name on their file instead of a queue. Deadlines are tracked by the system rather than by whoever remembers them. You can see the status of your own filings without asking. And we ask every client twice a year how it is going, in one click, with someone picking it up when the answer is not good.
